WORKING OUT WITH YOUR LITTLE BAE

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy.

DON'T UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF STRETCHING

I start every work out with a good stretch! With being a Mom I have no time to hurt myself and this why a good stretch is important! Almost any stretch can be done with a carrier. Click below to see my stretching regime.

RUNNING

After I stretch I like to do at least 15 minutes of cardio. I found the easiest cardio to do with your baby is running, stairs, or anything that is stationary this can be a bike or the eliptical for example.

LEG DAY

When doing leg day with the baby in the carrier I keep it simple! Yet don't get fooled just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy!

For these workouts I do use the head support for my baby's! I will also sometimes even add extra support by using my hands or the cover. I provided tutorials for all these workouts below. All you have to do is click the button with the workout title.

 Ending with a good stretch

It's Just as important to end with a good stretch as it is to start with one!
